Shipping policy
- For purchases over $120 via regular express, shipping is free. If the customer needs to switch to international express after meeting the free shipping criteria for regular express, a difference in price will be charged
For example, the weight-based shipping fee for purchased products is normally calculated based on international express delivery, minus the 15¥ free shipping discount for regular delivery
- For customers in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, all orders will be shipped via SF Express, and they are also eligible for the free shipping promotion when spending over $120
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. However, orders placed on Fridays, holidays, or weekends will not be processed and shipped until the next business day
- All shipping times are estimated and may be affected by customs processing or unforeseen delays.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information via email.
The customer is responsible for paying any customs or import duties required by their country/region.
The AFTERGLOW online store cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses in the United States.
*Pre-ordered products will be shipped within the specified timeframe. (The specific shipping date will be displayed next to the product name on the product details page.)
*All shipping fees are non-refundable.

- All transportation services include tracking information. Once your order is completed, the tracking information will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive our message, please send an email directly to afterglow.sportsradio@gmail.com
- We strongly recommend that you send it to a reliable address, as AFTERGLOW is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Fill in your city and postal code, and try to match them with the DHL system. Only when your address is accepted by the DHL system can we ship the goods. If necessary, please fill in the shipping location.
Physical addresses are preferred as we cannot guarantee the safety of items delivered to post office boxes or parcel lockers. Additionally, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses are not accepted.
- If the package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transportation, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier or courier service used. AFTERGLOW is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped and handed over to the carrier.
